Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Once an order is cancelled, refunds will be initiated to the source of payment within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

A claim for return will be entertained only if:

  • The product was damaged in transit,
  • The product is defective, or
  • An incorrect product was shipped.

Please do not accept delivery if the seal of the packaging is broken or tampered. Refuse the order at the time of delivery.


Process for Returns

An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product must be sent to hello@scienceandroots.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Once your claim is reviewed and found valid:

  • Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
  • We will ship a replacement/correct product within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used,
  • The product seal is broken, or
  • The serial number has been tampered with.

Special Campaigns

Separate return/refund rules may apply during specific marketing campaigns or sale periods. These will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of the promotion.
