Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of placing the order on the Website. We ship orders PAN India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future. Once you place an order, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the order on our website. An update will be shared via email/message/WhatsApp when your order is out for delivery.

We give our utmost efforts to deliver the orders as per the standard delivery timelines, but sometimes there may be delays—for example, due to postal or carrier delays, logistics challenges, bad weather, or situations beyond our control.

If you receive such a request, do not share any information. We also do not require payments for contests, lucky draws, or promotions outside our official platform.
